before December 10th, 2002. Papers or abstracts should be
sent to the conference organizer before May 31st, 2003.
A conference volume is planned.
Registration
/ Information:
Participants should register on August 22nd and depart
on the 26th; local accommodations and transportation in
Tianjin will be provided by the conference, but participants
will be responsible for their international travel expenses
to Tianjin.
